Gospel music: Weledge – Mountain Shall Fall
Adebayo Olawale, also known as Weledge, was born in Ondo, but raised in Lagos, Nigeria. Weledge is an anointed gospel singer whose love for the adoration and praise of the almighty God took an incontestable place in his heart. He was influenced musically by both the foreign and local gospel musicians such as Ron Kenoly, Kim Walker, Kari Jobe, Detrick Haddon, Frank Edwards, Samsong, etc.
Weledge started singing professionally in 2004 after a solid conviction that he has to commit himself to the service of the Lord. Weledge has a number of amazing songs under his belt like ‘Faithful God,’ ‘Gbesimi leti,’ ‘Fasola la fe,’ a campaign theme song for the former Lagos state governor, ‘ijo,’ and ‘oluwa losomi’.
Once again, Weledge comes with a new listenable and Spirit-filled song titled ‘Mountain Shall Fall’. ‘Mountain Shall Fall’ is a song of deliverance, hope and faith; by the power of The Holy Spirit, the sick shall be healed, and the captives shall be delivered.
